Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Georgia. If you have any questions about sales tax added to your order, please contact Customer Service.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you click the "Submit Order" button on the checkout page to place your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards for payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
Once the order has been submitted, you must contact our Customer Service Department between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Once an item has been shipped the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
When will my order ship?
Expect your order to be packaged and shipped in 1-2 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or to the U.S. Territories.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE on orders over $49 to any address in the contiguous USA. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & PR – you will be billed actual shipping charge to your destination.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number so that you may monitor the location and progress of your order. If you have any questions related to the tracking of your order, please call our Customer Service Department.

Which carrier is used for shipping?
We use FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL for shipping.
As a gift, will prices be listed on the receipt?
Of course not! Our packing slips don't show prices. Your gift price will only be known by you.
